So I figured, I need to find an ortho and it should be a simple fix... How wrong I was... Nobody wanted to even look at my teeth, because "not the original Orthodontist who did the work..." I offered cash (who doesn't like cash these days??!!) and nobody would do it... Not scheduled to be home for another two weeks, I almost contemplated running to Lowe's, buying a pair of metal cutters (or a hammer) and snipping off the brackets myself... Enter, Dr. Chung... Can I tell you his bedside manner is EVEN better than my doctor back home?? He told me the difficulties that could persist, but would take a look and see what he could do... Not only did this guy contact my ortho, speak to him directly, get permission to view my file / x-rays, he fixed me right up... To top it off, he absolutely refused, REFUSED to accept any form of payment... Floored... I don't know what to say, except for the fact that beyond humbled by my experience here in Jersey... Side note... Cleanest office I have ever been in... I would contemplate eating off the floor if i dropped something... Some places the 5 second rule is not applicable... Not here... I was impressed with how easy it was to secure an appointment and how smoothly I could go online to input my data before the consultation. The staff is very friendly, and they keep everything very neat. The waiting room offers free WiFi, if you can connect, coffee/tea, and even a phone charging station, should you be low on battery. Before meeting with Dr. Kapoor and Dr. Saggiss for a consultation. The technician, Tracy, took a 3D impression of my teeth. Afterwards, she took some panoramic X-rays of my mouth. During the consultation, when I met with Dr. Saggiss, they put the images up on screen as we reviewed the best procedure for my teeth. I respect the honesty of Dr. Saggiss's comments, and when I later met Dr. Kapoor, I knew this was the right place for my journey with braces. The office was immaculate, and the optometrists are very versed in their craft.

This is not the first person who has told me that Brighter Dental has done this to people; either false diagnose and/or severely over bill so they get more money from you. Go somewhere else!!

Good luck getting a person to reply to you in either a timely manner or at all. Even when they do, the problem doesn't get corrected. They are extremely rude to patients and to their own staff, they do not provide sufficient information about the dental procedures that would be necessary to patient. They do not really care about the patient's wellbeing. If you have an urgent situation like a broken tooth, fallen filling, or crown you cannot receive priority care from this office. If you question these issues with them to understand what the correct procedure for a specific dental treatment is, they just say "we no longer accept your insurance" which is not true. Please read all the other patients' reviews from multiple resources before thinking about making an appointment with this office.
