To say that Dr. Fishbein has put me at ease when it comes to dental things would be the understatement of the century! He has made me feel completely comfortable and at ease when going and has made me able to smile again. I have had so much dental work and trauma over the years that for a dentist to make me feel so comfortable is a feat in itself. He took the time to be personal and make sure I was comfortable in his office. I would highly recommend Dr. Fishbein as an excellent Dr. as well as a wonderful human being with a wonderful heart who always takes the patients' needs and concerns with the upmost care and understanding. Never in my life would I have thought I would walk into a dental office without paralyzing fear and he has managed to accomplish this for me. After a handful of visits I remember actually saying I'm going to miss coming in on Fridays and I truly will. The doctor as well as his staff are very caring, kind and patient. I could not have picked a better dentist or office as they are by far the best I could have imagined. Small procedure, face swelled, could not reach doctor for days, had to make an emergency visit…read moreelsewhere for medication, received these responses (texts shown in pictures), paid and 2 years later (1st time hearing of this), I owe $697.40. Terrible bed side manner, rude, condescending between doctor and staff and I had to go back then...because I already paid a decent amount! Oh and to solve everything... was put on antibiotics for nearly SIX WEEKS and had multiple side effects from this. I should have charged Sage for those bills! I should have never gone back and should have taken different measures! I had so many problems and was in pain for WEEKS and lost days of work! So many regrets! I guess this was the price tag to all my extra visits for the severe infection I had...finally receiving a call back after 2 days of trying and I am told to use salt water rinse in a text, wait again and call back if the infection persists! Better be some magic salt water! Can't believe that didn't correct it all, when I was given medication for 2 weeks three times in a row back to back to back! And the doctor had the nerve to ask me "What response was I looking for?" in a text, when he finally responded. And it continues...2 YEARS LATER WHEN I THOUGHT THIS WAS ALL BEHIND ME!!!! This experience has made me fearful of ever sitting in a dentist chair again. It was an absolute nightmare. Unbelievable!
