The guy with a ponytail came out saying he wouldn't accept it without even talking to me, then made up three more reasons why he wouldn't take it after further discussion. One of the reasons was that it was slightly less than halfway full. I explained that it exploded in my mouth and then in my bag on a hike over the weekend, and he said he didn't care. I'm understanding that people try to rip them off a lot but even the employee next to him seemed confused by this guy's attitude. She was apologetic as I walked out and he walked off shaking his head, which was the exact way he showed up so... not the best customer service.
