Both seem fairly popular (The Square One Location seems really busy). The vibe is really calm, happy, and welcoming. The staff are really nice and helpful when a customer has questions. They have many popular characters toys and accessories, lifestyle, skin and hair products from Korea and Japan. The prices seem similar (sometimes a bit pricey) to similar stores but seem to have decent quality.

I remember the Markham one had a lot more of the miscellaneous category. This one had one of the Disney posture plushies (Lotsa) but not as many as the other place. Clearly an 11 lb bag of Himalayan Salt would not fit in this box. I'm furious, they are outright calling me a liar and that I received the salt and the oil. I was told I could only do an in store exchange because there was a sale at the time of purchase. No refund, no gift card.. just an immediate in store exchange for another item. My confusion is why did the employee not express this at the point of purchase? I was told it was on my receipt but my receipt was emailed. As an ex store manager of 2 retail stores.. Employees should be trained to give that information at the point of purchase so the customer is aware of any and all options should they need to return. Not after the purchase is already made. Even if I read the information from my email.. the customer is given that information AFTER the purchase so is forced to comply to unethical sales tactics. Information should be given to the customer BEFORE so they can make the decision to move forward or not with said purchase.
