I called for a same day appointment, which they were able to gladly offer. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and seated. The salon was not busy, with only 3 other clients aside from me. The nail tech that provided the Mani and pedi for me did a rushed job and skipped steps in the manicure and pedicure processes: no primer, no bond and no cleaning of the cuticles. And as if judgement weren't enough, the nail tech stopped speaking to her coworkers in Vietnamese long enough to ask me, "why are you so skinny?" as she gestured to my arms. Insulted, offended and experience ruined. I told her and the salon patrons that were all staring now, "I have a health condition." Does this seem like a peaceful, pleasant experience to you? Not to mention, I said I was attending a wedding that evening. Now how am I going to feel after this experience and head to an event? This place gave the most racist, rude and offensive service I have ever received. Overpriced for a rushed job where they will not even take time to check their work with you if you're not white.
