To start the waxer was incredibly rough, constantly grabbing my head and jerking it around, pressing into my eye socket and waxing the skin off my eyelids, not to mention at no point in time did she attempt to correct anything when I informed her that the witch hazel was burning (most likely due to my skin being ripped off), the only answer she had was I had "sensitive skin" (I do not have sensitive skin and have never had issues with waxing) I ended up leaving with swollen eye lids, ripped skin and a horrible tint job.

She also had me change and lie on the table with my bottom half facing the door...a door she went in and out of several times which made me feel exposed should people walk by.
