Sure like any company: some I've clicked with, some more than others, but all in all, my young son has grown tremendously emotionally & has replaced maladaptive behaviors with adaptive ones. Therapy here has been a lifesaver for him. I have gained awareness & insight from my therapist that has made a significant difference in my & my family's life. The front desk people are very busy but always patient & friendly. If there's an error in scheduling they take the blame & apologize sincerely (they are dealing with a new system). I've also seen them take abuse by clients yelling at them; they have professionally diffused situations & put the waiting room at ease. They offer many different services & refer to partners in the community for others. They have given 110% to me & my family, including referrals & working closely with those partnering professionals.
