They showed the highest form of business integrity by providing us with several consultation style phone calls free of charge. In the end it was suggested that we use a service that was a little closer to where our family member is located. They were able to link us with this other, un-affiliated business, after bringing that business up to speed about our circumstances. I found this to be of excellent character because rather than just take our money, they pointed us to the best possible option for our family. In addition, their staff was friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and sensitive to our situation. These are all traits that one seeks in such a delicate time as we are faced with as a family. While it is honest for me to say that we did not actually use their services directly, everything about our interactions with this business deserved the five star rating we have awarded them in this review.

The people from Seacoast At Home Care did a truly great job of taking care of our mother at the end of her life. We chose to get 24x7 care, which required a crew of 6 to 10 people. Every one of them was great. Mother liked them a lot. Other family members liked them a lot. They were very professional, very nurturing, and very good to her. If you need in-home care for any reason, especially for an elderly person who no longer can take care of themself, I highly recommend Jan Scanlon and her crew.
