I wish I can rate them a zero. They promise you things and then blame it on you for not remembering agents name and I'd number that promised you things. Then as fast as towing. I asked for it and they told me that towing only covers of I'm in accident which was not advised when I added the service. Laatly they close at 5 so if you want to cancel service you must write them a letter and bring it to them in person. How inconvenient

She rewrote my policy, but all the details on my home were incorrect (year built, exterior composition, even the home style). Placed SEVERAL calls to the agency which always led to the main Allstate customer service because the agent's office never answered. Two months of repeated calls later, policy was still not fixed. Next step was cancellation of all the policies we held with them. I'd receive mass generated emails from the agency's office manager Alycia, asking if I was happy with my coverage and promising a call to discuss my policies....spoiler alert: call never came.
