They said that my $2400+ insurance didnt cover rain that was "forced up under my roof tiles". My NEW ROOF was less than one year old at that time. I cannot tell you how unprofessional and downright rude and disrepectful the JEFFREY GIBSON Agengy is!!!!!!! Avoid this AGENCY like a plague!!! And, when I tried to cancel my policy, they told me I had to come into an office to sign paperwork. Really?!?!? Every other auto insurer in the world allows you to manage and CANCEL your policy ONLINE these days, EXCEPT FOR THIS PLACE. BE WARNED - do not do business with them unless you want to do it in person and are prepared to pay high rates. Do yourself a favor and shop around online - trust me, it is worth the 5 minutes it will take to get better rates and be able to manage your policy ONLINE!

I was brought here by my daughter who is currently with them as insurance. I came just to get a quote. Emiliano Gaytan helped me and my daughter, I have never been treated so nicely and welcomed I was almost convinced we had met before.
