The refund was approved, yet more than two months later I'm still waiting to receive my money. I've contacted customer service multiple times. Each time I'm told the refund has already been sent, but no one is willing to provide a check number, tracking information, or any documentation showing where the payment was sent. The only response I continue to receive is that it's "in the mail." As a customer, that's simply not acceptable. If a refund has been issued, there should be a way to verify it. Instead, I've spent weeks following up with no resolution and no transparency. Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them is what matters. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. If anyone from SageSure management reads this, I'd appreciate someone taking ownership of this issue, providing proof of payment, or reissuing the refund immediately. No customer should have to spend months chasing money they're owed. Would stay far away from this company for any policy needs.
