She accepted a three way call from our original insurance underwriter; who was working with us to help repair a problem that had nothing to do with Freeway Insurance and Jamie quickly collected the pertinent and detailed information, and THEN switched us to a BETTER and LESS EXPENSIVE company that will be saving us almost $80 s month ! Jamie even helped break down the initial down payment in half, since this was an unexpected expense for us; then she quickly prepared the e-signature agreement that went to our e-mail, together with the insurance cards, making this a no hassle, nowhere to drive, nothing else to do proposition. Our photo of the Driver's License & Registration was easily sent to Jamie's email, ...and done deal . I am a senior citizen who does not get much courtesy or patience from many young employees today. Some times I feel like I am not wanted at their businesses. I really needed insurance quickly, and didn't want to pay that much. I call freeway, and spoke to Daniel. Daniel is now my new best friend. Ahaha.
