I called on two separate days, called two different numbers (per instructions on second day), and I left a detailed message. A week later, I never heard back and I went with a different company. My car insurance had doubled in premium due to moving to Central Phoenix. I was floored. I knew I needed to change things around in order to stay within my budget. I contacted my insurance company and they said they would work on it to find me a better rate. I never heard from them. Their name rhymes with Swarmers. Ahem. Cue my yelp search. I called him at about 3pm on a Thursday and by Friday morning at 9am he had me in a new policy paying less than half of what I was with the aforementioned company, and he also had added a renters policy.
