HE insisted I give him some number on the letter. His exact words were, "I tried to tell you but weren't listening". I told him he was f______rude and hung up on him. I called back and spoke with someone else and requested to be taken off contact list. DO NOT contact this company nor buy their extended warranty products. Must be scam employees. Need training in basic manners.

Friendly and Competent service, painless and affordable…read more This is my first time with Andy, the Phoenix tax guy. I was highly impressed from the phone conversations we had before the face-to-face meeting, which was my option, they also offer zoom meetings as well. Andy listened to my tax needs and within no time at all we had completed two states tax forms with 1099 and W-2 and private business entries and filings and I had my tax refund within a week.
