He has since moved up in the world and lives in Granite Bay. My ex and I were not an easy case. The ex bought me out, and needed to re-finance in order to do so. He is self employed, so income verification was difficult. My income to mortgage ratio (I'm sure there is a better term for it but I don't know what it is) is not good, but Sean at Homecite managed to deal with both of our issues. Then, the day my loan was supposed to fund, Countrywide announced that they are teetering on the edge of bankruptcy and therefore are no longer funding loans. Sean managed to find another lender and re-submit the whole deal and close within 3 business days. Sean is very good about returning phone calls or e-mails. He held my hand through this complicated process, and I will be calling him to do a re-fi as soon as the rates drop.
