Yes, unloading staff can be a bit brusque but they are very busy and not all patrons treat them respectfully nor do all follow the rules, putting staff in a difficult position. I pick up a lot of supplies at the free store which is easily accessible and well organized.

Take it from me, these are the most joyful people you will ever see in this business. They seem eager to get their hands on your junk and are pleasant in the process. It's always busy around opening time when I typically get there but they are very efficient at getting people turned around and out the door. They make doing the right thing with your toxic items very easy to do!

I got out and walked over to the front door which was also locked with just a sign at it. I walked around for a while and finally gave up and was getting back in my truck, when the original garage door opens and a lady walks out and asks "what can I do for you?" I said I had to CRTs and the turntable, both in good working condition. She said it would be $25 each for the CRTs and $10 for the turntable.
