It took them 20 seconds. The cheapest shipping option with tracking for this item that weighed less than a pound in a tiny box was $42 from San Diego to Kansas. Mind you this was for a week timeframe on the delivery. The only reason I went through with shipping it from here was it was a business transaction on a company credit card. This place is ridiculous. At only $0.82 for a single page for black and white, it's much cheaper than other places that charge around $2.50 for the same thing. That said, there are some drawbacks. After you email your document, it can take five minutes or more just to receive the retrieval code to enter at the printer. The staff will tell you to step outside and refresh your email, but the delay makes the process pretty frustrating. Parking is another issue. There are about 17-18 spots, but even with only four customers in the store, I couldn't find a space. I waited at least eight minutes and still nothing opened up, not even on the side street. I eventually gave up on parking and walked. Overall, it's the best price I've found for printing a small number of pages, but the wait times and parking situation make it a bit of a headache.

I have been a customer at this post office for many years, even when it was in a slightly different…read morelocation in the Mission Valley Mall. I used to live nearby and found it to be small, but super convenient. This current post office is smaller than the original was. I still have a PO Box there, and have had one for almost 10 years. I stop by regularly to pick up mail, and occasionally stop in to mail packages and buy stamps. I still think the staff is one of the friendliest post office staffs around. There are a few staff members who are very kind and helpful. Though the senior staff member who always made sure they had the best stamps has long since retired, they still seem to have a better stamp selection than most of the post offices in town. However, my reason for the 3-star review is that this post office is much less convent than it was even a year ago. Now it doesn't open until 11AM. I often like to pick up my mail in the morning on my way to work. Though, the PO Box is accessible in the early morning, I cannot take care of any other business there. Also, this post office was very accessible when Macy's home store was open, but with that closed, the only nearby parking lot becomes chaotic by 11AM. Other parking lots are a bit of a walk, which is not convenient when you want to stop in quickly. All in all, this post office is friendly, but simply not as convenient as it used to be.
