Frekhtman is a scam they had me waste my time going to a scam medical office for a month only to tell me that my back injury was not serious enough. mean while my back was cut up and bruised from a celling collapse... I lost everything... Frekhtman told me that they would help... I could of been looking for counsel from another law office. The only ones to profit was the medical facility... If you ever get referred to this law firm. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. This firm doesn't have their things together and is all over the place. The receptionists are useless as all they do is ask for your name and will reroute your call to whoever is handling your case at the phase your case is in without first checking if that person is there to answer your call which just leaves you to leave a voicemail. Also the case managers are dont seem to know what theyre doing. Ive been asked multiple times to provide all of the medical providers where i have been to. This is not how you manage cases. A case manager should read out the list of providers the client has been to and the client should confirm them and not the other way around. This firm is ridiculous honestly. read more

Very bad service. They will tell you to make an appointment and then not show up. For example they will say "your appointment with us will be at 2:30 on Thursday". Thursday comes and they never there. They never call to let you know that the attorney is not there or whoever you need to see. The good about it is the clerk is polite. read more

this office is a joke if you want to be respected and you call dont call this office the lawyers never return your call and the clerks are not pleasant to put it nice my husband died years ago and they tell me because i live in another state they cant help me they had the case for one and a half year. now a clerk states they lawyer dosnt want to do the work because i need another type of klawyer to assist me youd think they knew this then the clerk told me to seek the type of attorney which is a surrogate attorney i found one and she laughed they do babys not wrongfull death but she did tell me if you have to find another kind of lawer for them sometoing is wrong since they get paid arter the case i was told they should do all the work even if its in another state they have contacts so do not trust these people they have played games with me for some time now im requesting my file and tney dont even answer the phones when i call i have told them i will come get it and they said they have to release it how do you release something your not working on this is a shady orginaization to say the least in will be reporting them to bbb of nyc also SO BEWARE OF THESE GUYS read more
