The AV accommodations were also inclusive as they provided video conferencing and cords/attachments for different devices. They also provided us with coffee and water--with the ease of catering/dashing food as needed. Overall, 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be back next time we're in town!

It's professional and also has the cool/hip vibe that makes being there energizing. The main room used for larger events has two full large glass walls overlooking the water, which is a unique setting for a business meeting. The equipment set up has always worked perfectly and is high quality. The overall space has a great mix of open space, shared space and private offices. I've used their space multiple times and have always had stellar experience.

Coworking space in the International District with the friendliest staff!…read more I've visited Hing Hay Coworks for a few meetings and each time has been a pleasant experience, primarily because the staff is so friendly here. In one instance when I visited, the person I was meeting with was running late, so the staff allowed me to use the entire space until I waited and offered to make coffee or tea for me. The same employee remembered me in my next visit, and I'm not even a member of Hing Hay Coworks. But perhaps I should be?! It's really great that the International District has a coworking space. The times I've visited in the morning, it's pretty busy with people working, but Hing Hay Coworks has a very inviting atmosphere to it. There are desks and private conference rooms, in addition to couches and communal space here. There is a kitchen here, too, that workers have access to. Plus, Hing Hay Coworks is located right by the Hing Hay Park, so is walkable from the light rail station. What's especially cool for Yelpers is if you check-in here, you get a free day pass for Hing Hay! So in case you need to work in the International District, make Hing Hay Coworks your new office!

The people that run this…read moreplace are really nice and helpful though it sounds like they usually have a waiting list or just a few openings. I compared this location to the Work and Play Lounge in the junction, and neither were right for me right now, but I could see them working for a lot of people. I think they will both work well for somebody that does mostly heads down work, I would always feel like I was disturbing people since my role is more client facing and on a lot of calls consistently. If you're comparing this place to the Work and Play Lounge, this one has monitors you can plug into, two or three rooms for taking calls or a private space, and seems to have some kind of community focus to start meeting people that live near you. Not sure if this changes by season, but there's not great lighting here, whereas work and play has a view and more natural light. unfortunately neither of the co-working spaces in the area where I live we're going to work for me and I ended up taking the water taxi over the WeWork downtown to avoid a Bellevue or Ballard commute in a car. Probably would've went with this business due to its location if they had telephone booths or better call taking options like WeWork does. Great to support local company if this space works for you though.
