The coffee's here are priced at what you would expect to pay for a decent cup in the city centre (around £2.40) and you can tell the products they are using are of a good quality. I was happy to be asked if I wanted skimmed or soya milk upon ordering, this was a nice touch from the very pleasant barista I met during my visit. Sadly, I was behaving so didn't take advantage of the MANY cakes and good looking pastries that Yumm has on offer. A quick scan over the hot food menu also left me instantly planning my next visit!

Having expanded the business from a smaller space at they now also offer catering and venue hire too. If you are down that way for a meeting or to check out the shops its a good place to eat.

There are a number of healthy mouth watering food options on offer with my favourite being the super food salad. It comes pre packed which means you can grab it and go within 2 minutes. The salad consists of mixed leaves, feta cheese, blueberries, carrots, beatroot, seeds and a few other treats. It also comes with a small pot of balsamic vinegar and oil which you can drizzle over. The salad itself is £4 which is pretty standard in comparision to a subway salad but this is much more tasty and far better for you. Also look out for the wasabi peas and omega 3 salad boxes...

I can honestly say i don't think i've ever been asked how much vanilla before and do I also want sugar. Having said this the coffee itself was tasty, it was just the vanilla part of the latte that was a fail. Although i haven't eaten here they seem to do a good range for veggies and the food is generally cheap to eat here. Whilst they do have places to sit outside as well as inside, it's small size and busy lunch queues does make it feel too crushed for a relaxing bite to eat. Worth trying if you need something on the go but unless you are passing through or work over the St. Paul's, Jewellery Quarter area it's a bit out of the way to make a point in visiting.

They have other lunchy type things but the pasta is so good I'd feel guilty ordering a panini.

Whereas its only real contender, Little Hampton Baguettes, went to the wall about eighteen months ago - the Upper Crust maintains the upper hand and if you're stuck for somewhere to grab some takeaway lunch, it's worth the short stroll up the hill to seek out. Plus, if the weather's nice you can stroll back down and eat it in the gardens of Holy Trinity. That's what I do anyway; if you ever see us, give us a wave.

I also love anywhere that sells halloumi. They also have a range of fresh baked cakes that changes daily. There is loads of seating and I've never seen it get too busy. Fast, friendly service, inexpensive and very clean. A good spot for the morning after.

I had to dive to the toilet to dump them from my mouth into the sink. On returning I tossed my plate on to the counter. I explained it was the second time this had happened but the first pork bap was a take out. Christina both lied to me and accused me of crimes I hadn't committed. I have still to have my money returned for either meal but will be seeing her husband this evening to let them know their future.
