It was also helpful for me to know where the sewer pipes were located under the house. They were not where I thought they were. While the toilet was up, Eric helped clear the S-trap of blockages and then got the toilet settled back down (the wax seal was just a day old so I figured it would still work). He was here for about 2 hrs and doing a lot of work, going outside a couple of times with his locator to show me where to dig to deal with the roots. The bill for his services was low. I expected it to be twice as high, possibly three times as high. I'd have no hesitation in getting Eric's people again, and highly recommend him. Friendly, personable, professional, great prices.
