He kept promising certain dates to me every time I got ahold of him.then finally after waiting long enough i told him I wanted my refund back, he said of course the same line as I promise you I will bring it the following Monday. and of course he never came. then two weeks went when soemone b the name of Nick" was at our door in the morning and said he was ready to start work in the POURING RAIN!!! I was saying to myself like what the hell?? I told him I thought he was bring back to refund, and he said he had no idea we canceled the job, so he said that he seen this before and its not unlikely this always happens and thats why companies go under because of it and said bye! Norm had made us a promise that he would bring back our money and never came back again. Norm had basically stole our money and felt entitled to keep anyways even though we had complained to BBB this is still unresolved. There is no one at their office ever to complain or contact other then their personal cell phones so trying to get anywhere with this companies alomst impossible unless they pick up their phones. I warn potenial future costumers that this company isnt legit to me at all and is willing to run off with your money no matter what!!! Him and his team are extremely unqualified, they have almost zero construction knowledge, they will damage and ruin your house and cost you a lot of money, time, and effort to repair the damages he makes. Miguelle is simply a fraud. He does not do tasks properly. He damages properties and makes bigger problems. You continually have to have his team go back and redo their work because they do such a poor job. They are awful at soffit and fascia. Among other jobs, we also had him insulate our attic as we had an area with no insulation that was causing heat loss and roof leak. He insulated everywhere except for where there wasn't any insulation. This Winter, the first Winter after his work, the roof leaked again due to heat loss and massive ice bridging. On further inspection inside the attic after the leak, we found that there wasn't ANY insulation! It was bare drywall! Miguelle is a complete scam! His workers will take an extremely long time to perform their work, they do very poor quality work, we had to tell them to redo almost everything they touched. In the end, their workmanship fails and creates bigger problems. He also does not honor his warranty. We spent close to $50 000.00 over three years with him on our roof and it is worse than before he started. Now we're pushed to the point where we have to seek legal assistance and open a lawsuit against his company for fraud and damages made. Stay away from All Season Roofing at all cost. Miguelle is an absolutely awful human being and a terrible worker. I promise you will regret having him work on your house.

I texted and emailed 20 roofing companies because my roof was left exposed and unfinished by Monty Marsaw from M&M Roofing. Monty did not show on Friday May 3, 2019 to finish the job. When I called Monty on Friday afternoon to ask why he was not working on my roof, he said he could not finish the job because "he felt overwhelmed". It did not seem to bother Monty that he ripped off my shingles, leaving the roof exposed and unfinished. The guy just left the job half done and never showed up again. Like hello, are the lights on or what is up buddy? Talk about being left in a bind. Rain could destroy my entire home! The guy has no morals, no care and zero class. Avoid that guy please. This is a fair and honest warning. Thankfully, Nathan Badour from Undercutters Roofing responded to my email and showed up with a roofer at 9 AM as promised. By the way, Nathan is the only roofer to show up. All the other companies I emailed and texted ignored my call or just did not show. Bear in mind this was and is an emergency call. What does that tell you about the man and the company? What does that say about the no shows? All we heard was the sound of industry. Bundles were being nailed efficiently with precision. It was very nice to see our hard earned money put to good use. No regrets at all.
