All professional people who are tuned in to the job and each of them are able dive in and run the equipment or perform the manual labor. No one sitting on a machine or sitting in a truck. They all contribute to all aspects of the job. The collaboration between the guys on some of the challenging areas was a big plus for me. All equipment is owned by Krukoff not rented. That is important if you want an established business. Finished our huge driveway in a day. If you live in this area you'd be hard pressed to beat these guys. The quality, passion and professionalism is above average. Virgin asphalt was a plus. No junk.

However, now that there is a problem, they are not showing the same level of "customer care" they showed when we were writing large checks. Its been a few weeks since we called and reported a roof leak to them. They tried to get out of the warranty by twisting our words and saying that if another contractor had touched the roof the warranty was voided. We repeated our words and explained to them that no one has touched the roof. Next they told us that it may be a while before they can get out to look at it, because they are backed up with work. When we asked them when they might be out, they said it would be the coming weekend or the following one. We agreed to the delay, as we reminded them that we cannot wait forever for them to come look at the roof, as it is leaking, and we seem to be having frequent rains this season. They assured us that even though the company had changed its name to CDA Roofing, they were still standing behind the warranties they issued as CD Roofing. Several weeks later, they still haven't come out, and everyone in the office is now passing the buck... to the dispatcher... or to the office manager... or to the bookkeeper... I guess next it will be to the owner. Meanwhile, its raining again, as hurricane Florence churns up the week's weather pattern. I will update the status of this review/post as the story unfolds.

The plumbers took one look and thought how we gonna get this thing out of here. They called the owner of the company "DJ" who came to my home and removed cabinets, flooring and the fridge to allow the guys room to swap it out. When the new tank was installed another guy "G" was called who is a carpenter re installed the cabinets, flooring, trim and fridge. My kitchen looks as if it was never touched. Thank you very much WD Dickenson for going above and beyond to get the job done, you guys are amazing. Top notch company if anyone is in need of a plumber.

We had our master bathroom completely remodeled - down to the studs. That included taking out a…read moredifficult spa tub, rebuilding the floor, tearing down a shower - everything gone. In its place is a beautiful walk-in-shower, new upper & lower cabinets where the old shower was, new vanity, new lighting, beautiful porcelain floor tile, bidet seat for the toilet, they even stripped the popcorn ceiling and repainted it. The bathroom took time - with snow storms causing a minor delay, a long freeze requiring their plumbers to address other customer's emergencies - but it is gorgeous! We love our new master bathroom. Additionally, every carpenter, plumber & electrician that worked on the bathroom were gentlemen - friendly, accommodating and precise in their responsibilities and work done. We would recommend WB Dickenson in a heart beat.

He offered to pay for the damages caused to my Gutter Helmet. This was replaced on 1/29/20 at the cost of $300. I am impressed by the customer service to handle this in a timely manner. I will now recommend Millstream to others for roofing projects, but just be aware that they might use subcontractors. I hope the company they use will learn from their past mistakes.

Fast forward to the Fall season, I see leaves sticking out of my gutters, I checked my gutters and gutter guards were gone. Contacted Millstream, they came and put up mess gutter guards on the house, I asked it they could also do my garage, (I never had gutter guards on the garage) they told me it would cost $500, they tech, Troy, came and did the work, he told me he ran out of pieces and I would need a half a box, I told him if I am paying for an entire box, to leave the remainder at my house. I just go the bill for $500, for a full box! When I called the office, Paula told me they gave him the 13 pieces he needed, so I asked why I was charged $500 for a full box, she had no answer. Lansing carries these mesh Gutter Guards, $350 per box. Also, when you get a new roof, the roofer is supposed to leave remaining roof shingles with you, Millstream did not do that either. Will never recommend this company.
