First, I was asked to arrange for multiple homes in my development to get their homes pressure washed. After contacting three businesses for bids, HP submitted (by a fairly good margin) the lowest bids, regardless of house type. They also had a perfect 5.0 Google rating and no complaints lodged with the BBB. Additionally, several neighbors had used them in the past, and had very positive comments. In my development, they ended up washing 31 houses, usually 4 / day (no weekends). I got positive feedback from almost all. The few owners who had concerns contacted HP, and their minor issues were resolved. So, reliable, reasonable, etc. Second - my home. I expected a very good job on the house. But, the patio, which was discolored, came out amazing. Exceeded my expectations. Small operation. Husband and wife (part-time helper was not available). Highly recommend. Last comment - Yelp needs to add a category called "House Washing" or "House Pressure Washing".

But either way I found this business at a home show in the mall in Enfield, got a good price paying cash and finally made an appointment. My house was dirty enough where it was noticeable but I'm quite happy with the overall results. Anytime I walk out on my back porch all I can smell is the scent of clean coming off the deck and the siding. Also quite happy seeing my walkways clean as well. Only thing they ask is to remove the screens, have an open water Spicket, and clean off any clutter on patios and walkways. All simple tasks. They are also very accommodating to your work schedule and our lifestyle. Just communicate your needs and they got you.
