Horrible service. My provider sent my sleep apnea machine order to Lincare in Rolla, MO (a great…read moreplace). Since I live in Washington MO, they offered to send the order to their partner Medical West here in town. That was a week ago. I called today to get a status update from Lincare, who confirmed they sent my order last week. I then called Medical West, and a woman told me they didn't have any order for me. I had to insist Lincare sent something, and was placed on hold a long time. When she came back, all she told me is they are 'working on it'. I asked if there was a rough timeline/guesstimate for getting the machine, as my current machine is on recall due to poisoning patients and I had to discontinue use immediately. She said "We don't know." That was it - no explanation, no attempt at a rough guess. I said "So you can't look at some previous fulfillments and give me a rough idea of a timeline? If it's going to possibly be longer than a day or two, I need to call my doctor. Can you tell me if it's possible it'll be more than 1 or 2 days?" She just said "No I can't." Again no explanation, very rude. I will not be using them ever again.

Our Mother absolutely loved her night care assistant and so…read moredid we. We had peace of mind knowing that our Mother was so well taken care of. We learned at 1:00 p.m. that we needed care for our Mother that same night. We called Home Care Assist at 1:00 and they met with us at 3:00 the same day. They were able to have a night care giver that same night. After that, our Mother had the same care giver every night, Monday through Friday. Different care givers came on the weekends. They were very dependable and punctual with their service. If there were any changes in the schedule the company communicated well with us. We would feel very comfortable recommending the services of this company to anyone who needs assistance.

Phoenix Home Health sent a physical therapist,an occupational therapist,and 2 nurses,one for chronic disease. We have been so grateful and blessed to have Jessica,Matt,Sara,Kerry,Charity! He did the work,but they gave him the knowledge to get it done. It took about 6 weeks. He is walking and feeling so much better. The nurses give you some really good tips also,different things to try for different ailments ,and they work! The care that they all give and the compassion is top notch! I have to shout out to the office staff as well. The day before we were to get a winter storm and very cold Temps to set in, they called us to make sure we had everything we needed to get through it. I couldn't ask for a better group of people,they know what they are doing and how to motivate! Thank you so much!!!
