Didn't have time to check hair etc before shoot (in fact didn't see a mirror there to do that even if you had time ?), so we all had messy hair in the pictures (it was a bit windy outside). The pictures came out ok, but I think it's very important that people get the chance to see how they look before getting their picture taken. One of our group didn't like any of the photos at all, as her hair was very messy. 2. We weren't asked what style of photo we like, and they were all posed photos. We wanted more natural ones. We thought the natural ones would be taken after the posed ones, but we had the posed ones taken then were told the session was over. My overall impression was that the owner possibly doesn't enjoy doing her job as much as she used to ? For our family it just felt like a factory production line. For us asking the customer what they want, making sure they are happy with how they look before the session starts, and giving them the advertised amount of time are all important in a photo shoot.

They both took great informal shots of all our guests without being intrusive. The photos of the wedding turned out great - we were lucky in that Slaley Hall had some lovely areas to take photos indoors. Mandy and Andrew managed to get all the group shots we'd asked for and others which have reminded us things we'd forgotten had happened on the day. We were able to see our photos uploaded the following Tuesday and got our photos on CD the next day - what fab service! From the very beginning, Sean was very welcoming, and listened to exactly what we wanted, every meeting we had was very professional, and he always had time for us. On the wedding day itself, Sean was very enthusiastic, and always had an eye for detail in every situation. He turned up at my parent's house early in the morning and started photographing very special moments of myself and bridesmaid's getting ready. The outcome of the photograph's were amazing, they really captured the emotion of the day. The quality of his work did not lapse throughout the day, from the church ceremony to the evening reception; everything was approached with a subtle mix of a traditional and contemporary style. The photos are very very expensive, which came as quite a shock to us but we still ordered some prints at the viewing, as they were so lovely.
