Took them in on a Tuesday and got a Friday pick up date, after not hearing anything back on Friday, I went in on Saturday to attempt to pick up my items. Walked in, and the lady that assisted me stated my items were not ready even though my items were in my sight. After her looking around, she said there was a problem with one of my jerseys, which was the warriors jersey. She shows me the unglued pieces and said there was nothing she can do, and to come back Monday when the owner was there. Going back today (Monday) the owner stated the "material" of the jersey was the cause of the issue. After taking this jersey and others to plenty of dry cleaners, I've never heard of a "material" being the root cause of an issue. The owner offered to "sew" the patch and numbers back on, but stated could not do anything further as the letters were "too small". As a dry cleaner being considered a "professional" I feel like they should know better on how to clean or wash specialty clothing items such as jerseys, as applying heat or chemicals could cause this type of damage, but since the cleaners are "not responsible" is unacceptable on their end.

Poor quality press service…read more The requested service was for two men's shirts to be ironed. They told us they would press them. We dropped them off the day before Thanksgiving and they told us they would be ready the following Monday. This was absolutely no problem because we were in no rush to have this done. However, the end product left me disappointed. Undoubtedly, most of the wrinkles came out, but the shirts still looked sloppy. Although some of the major folds are gone, there are still many fine wrinkles, especially in the shoulders, sleeves, and pockets that they did not bother to get out. The way they packaged the shirts after was frustrating too. Both shirts were shoved into the same plastic bag. They only had the first button done, the rest were completely undone. This meant the shirts were loose and saggy, bunched up with all the other clothing items on their conveyor belt. Although the service was relatively cheap (just short of $10 for the two shirts), it seems they did not even complete the bare minimum of getting rid of wrinkles. The staff were relatively friendly but clearly disinterested. I don't believe I'll be back and will be on the lookout for another dry cleaner.
