Then he turns around and makes the statement that his exact words "she clearly has the education of a child" he also made the statement of " luckily we had a good mutual friend in common, he is going to put her in her place or shits going to get ugly" his wife then poorly blasted my name on her public Facebook page. Instead of ignoring it, they were very unprofessional about it, i did also apologize to his wife and I also informed nick of my mishaps.

I got quotes from Rich at Wall Doctor as well as 2 others. His quote was lowest (by far). I asked for a few other small patch jobs around the house and he charged a very fair price to add those on. There was an issue with the bathroom fan. WE forgot to reinstall in and they walled it in and had to rip it out and redo some. He did not charge me extra despite losing some time. The work looks good, and he was very fast. He brought one worker with him and they were quiet and courteous. Any small issues I had, he fixed them and he asked me to inspect their work multiple times. Good Value, Good Quality work.

Shocked and very upset is my experience with this company. In April I hired Rob to trim 3 large,…read moreold shade trees in my backyard. We agreed on a price and I asked when he'd come out to do the work as I'd be out of town a bit. He assured me once they could get me on the schedule I would be contacted. This did not happen. I came out of a camping trip on a Tuesday after no cell service since Friday evening to find text messages from him that they were done with the trimming (from Monday!) could I come outside and look at their work, and payment was needed. Shock and upset raced thru me as I read these messages, hours from my house to be able to see what had transpired in my absence. I was never contacted, nor did I consent to them entering my property that day to do work. I'd made clear to Rob when he did the bid to tell me when they'd put me on the schedule. When I told him this he apologized and said it was a miscommunication with the office. His miscommunication is my backyard being entered without my permission and trees being cut to a degree that the shade lost will take decades to grow back. The work they did was excessive and irreversible on old trees that took decades to grow. I am shocked, upset and unhappy with the entitlement that took place on my land while I was out of town. I truly don't understand how someone would think it's okay to work on someone's land without their knowledge. In no way do I feel good about my experience with them.
