Best best dental clinic ever!!! Every visit is always an awesome one. I had my teeth prophylaxis done today, i do not mind driving an hour for this dental clinic. Viki my dental hygienist, so thorough and so very kind, she makes me super comfortable all throughout the teeth prophylaxis. Enjoyed a lot talking to her while waiting for Dr. Sahlil. I had a excellent experience yesterday during my cleaning and exam. Everyone is so welcoming and personable. The hygienist is very thorough but gentle. All the equipment and procedures use updated technology. I love that Dr. Mehta is knowledgeable , honest and doesn't push or recommend procedures that are not necessary. For being brand new Dr. Mehta sure has it figured out. From the moment you walk into their modern and well manicured office you know its not your childhood Dentist. The booking is efficient and the check in process is self serve on the Mac in the lobby which will come in handy the busier the practice gets. Dr. Mehta has impeccable bed side manor and is very personable. Well educated without speaking down to you and keeps you informed the whole way through while performing work. You are never left with a mouth full of untensils unable to speak while not knowing what he is doing which made me feel very comfortable... well as comfortable as one can be while receiving 2 root canals. The insurance billing was easy and flexible. She sure made sure my insurance covered every penny I was entitled to on my coverage. We really appreciated that! Totally typical backstory: had some bad dental experiences in the past and was hesitant to put myself through it again, so I let a tooth get way out of control until it was an emergency... I'm talking crying all day, can't sleep at night, just about ready to take a hammer to it pain here. I never thought I'd leave a 5 star review on a ROOT CANAL but here we go! Dr. Mehta is AMAZING, hands down. He is gentle, patient, and very kind, which are all things you'd hope to see in someone using power tools in and around your mouth. The office is stellar and all of the technology used is top of the line, including a vibrating device that makes injections painless. There's even a TV mounted to the ceiling so you can space out while you're getting work done. What?? I know! The procedure was totally easy from start to finish. I felt safe and secure, and the entire staff was very friendly and put me at ease, and the hygienist assisting Dr. Mehta was so sweet and joked around with me while getting me prepped. I came in with a lot of anxiety and on the verge of tears and left happy to return in a week to get a cap fitted over the tooth. I have a bit more work that needs to be done and I'm legitimately looking forward to leaving it in Dr. Mehta's capable hands. I've been going here almost a year now and I'm very happy. They don't try to push unneeded procedures which is huge since I feel like a lot of places are so quick to try to charge you for extra work that isn't necessarily needed. The front office staff is friendly and accommodating, and the waiting area is equipped with books and games to entertain your littles. Additionally, I had probably the most thorough cleaning I've ever experienced, and the dentist was informative and professional, giving me all the information I needed to make decisions about my healthcare. I couldn't be more happy to find Dr Mehta. I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years because the last one told me I needed over $3000 worth of work. I spent less than $800 for everything I needed done WITHOUT INSURANCE. He is very honest and his bedside manner is amazing. All of his staff are incredible - from the front desk to the back! They made sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything - he even told me some of the things the previous dentist recommended were not necessary because it was just for aesthetic purposes & if we'd need to do it, we could do it in the future AS NEEDED. I visited Fresh Dentistry today for the first time, and I am more than pleased with the service I received. After not seeing a dentist for three years, I was nervous about my appointment. However, the staff was incredibly kind and professional. They made me feel comfortable, and ensured that I received the best care possible. A previous dentist told me that I needed two fillings, however Dr. Mehta informed me that I did not need fillings. Instead, he is going to take precautionary measures to ensure that the minor cavities I have do not progress. This saved me money, pain, and having to endure unnecessary dental work. I've always been hesitant to go to the dentist. It seems they've all tried to live up to the stigma of being a dentist....not Dr. Mehta though! As soon as you enter Fresh Dentistry, you're greeted by a very friendly and welcoming staff that makes the new patient registration process very simple! Once registration has been completed, you wait in a very atypical patient waiting room that makes you feel like you're in a boutique hotel lobby: video games, computer access, flat screen TV, drinks, coffee, comfortable couches and décor like none other! Meeting Dr. Mehta was a breath of fresh air because he's very warm and makes you feel very comfortable with him. His bedside manner is above and beyond what I expected. I unfortunately had to get deep cleaning done, which was a first for me. I hadn't been to the dentist in some time, so I expected that! I've always heard it was painful, and I'm very sensitive to pain so even a regular cleaning is an irritating and painful experience for me. Dr. Mehta's deep cleaning though...well let's just say, he kept checking on me and I kept asking him to tell me when he was going to start the deep cleaning! I don't know how he does it, but he is amazing!! He constantly checks on the patient's comfort level, which let's be honest, when there's a warm, aromatherapy neck wrap to ease any tension and a flat screen TV to keep you entertained, why wouldn't you be comfortable! This is hands-down the best dentist experience I've ever had. Don't believe me? Today was my first visit after being referred by a friend! I was highly skeptical as I left another dentist office that seemed to blow me off when my insurance wasn't going through. The staff was immediately friendly as I walked through the door, everyone seemed very genuine & I started crying not long after being there, because I realized, they were actually willing to work with me. I'd been in pain for about 2-3 weeks & in excruciating pain for the past 4 days. We still couldn't work out my insurance but they were willing to work with me paying out of pocket & immediately started working on me! I wish I would've gotten my nurses name & the rest of the staff, they were all just so great! Dr. Mehta made me feel so at ease & comfortable, asked me throughout if I was okay & ultimately made sure I wasn't in pain. I feel most places treat you differently when you do or don't have insurance but I can say, that's not the case here. They don't care about the money, they care about their patients & it shows! I am beyond happy with my experience & definitely plan on having him be my dentist from here on out! I have never been so impressed with a staff before! I had to go to an emergency dental due to extreme pain, but after paying $85 for the office visit and being quoted $3,000 I had no choice but to go home and think on it. I decided to try this place for a second opinion. I was actually 10 minutes late due to traffic and was worried they couldn't see me, but the lady at the front was very nice about it and got me started on my paperwork. The ladies in the office are extremely sweet and the doctor was awesome! He took the time to explain everything to me and why I needed it, as well as showing me on my x-rays. They didn't charge me for the office visit and his prices are MUCH more affordable. I'm not happy about having to get a root canal, but am super comfortable and confident in this office. I went in the first time with a bit of a toothache, and went back a few weeks later to get my teeth cleaned. Both times Dr. Mehta was great. He expressed concerns about a couple of areas, but said we just need to keep an eye on them and didn't have to get anything fixed right away.
