The aisles are wide and what I found different about this location was that there's a lot of refrigerated products within the centre of the store and not only on the periphery. There is a single queue for the cashiers and an employee holding balloons let those in line know if a cashier was free to assist them in checking out. It was a bit of a wait but if you're shopping with another person one can wait in line while the other continues to browse.

They usually have 1 person delivering groceries to the cars and that person is overworked and has no assistance. Atmosphere in the parking lot is not pleasant as customers are tired of the wait. Delivery to cars is out of sync as to when they arrive at the store. Multiple complaints to the PC Express staff go unheeded. Can this store not review and make changes to make this experience better for the customer????

I then calmly intervened and repeated that we were only buying 4 bags. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the cashier began mumbling and using disrespectful language toward my elderly mother. There is absolutely no excuse for speaking to seniors or customers in a disrespectful or hostile manner. Every customer deserves dignity, patience, and basic human respect regardless of who they are or how busy the store may be. Watching my mother be treated this way was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. Management needs to seriously address customer service standards, employee professionalism, and respect toward elderly customers before more people experience this kind of treatment. People do not spend their hard-earned money to be ignored, disrespected, and spoken down to. Until this store takes accountability and ensures customers are treated with dignity and respect, I strongly encourage people to think carefully before supporting this business. I ended up grabbing two kinds of chickpea chips--pepper and creamy dill. The creamy dill was so good, I could've finished the whole bag in one sitting. The pepper one wasn't really my thing--too spicy, and not in a fun way. All in all, I loved this store. Definitely planning to come back and try more stuff next time!

The store is tight for space and it only uses mini shopping carts and baskets, but that prevents you from blowing your budget and not being able to take home your groceries on transit. The staff were amazing from welcoming in to the store to giving you a cart to check out and packing to take home; the cashier Zina did an amazing job being friendly and extremely professional at the same time. (I don't drive) I am likely coming back sometime soon when I am down in Toronto's Greektown, which I sometimes am at the library or Dollarama near there, this place may become a regular visit when I am in the area.
