Arrival time was excellent. This was a maintenance visit for 2 units with an additional chronic nagging electronic issue with one of them. I found Dominick to be very professional. Their quoted price was fair and he spent extra time corresponding with the manufacturer to precisely diagnose what was wrong with the circuit module. He was honest and forthright about the longevity of my existing unit and I did not feel pressured (which tends to push me away). All they offered was their typical 30-day guarantee, something you get no matter what, and for someone to come back out to clean the mess. There was only 1 that had what I was looking for in a handyman company. Included in my list of requirements was BBB registration, insurance to protect customers and very positive reviews on all the main sites (Angi, Yelp, Google, etc.). It was also important that the 'company' be more than one person and have experience in the projects that I was interested in doing. Only one of those companies checked all the boxes: Welter Home Services. I called them and spoke with Kevin about our current and future needs. We had 3 projects. I wanted to do one to be sure I was pleased with their work (I was) before starting the other two. Kevin explained what labor and materials we needed to complete the job. He provided a detailed estimate with all materials and labor stated. Our first project was the replacement of a kitchen pantry door - including the whole door frame, hardware and trim. This required removing the old door, frame and trim - and painting the new door, frame and trim. On the agreed upon date, a Welter HS employee showed up at our door exactly on time. He was very pleasant and helpful. He completed the project, checked his work and made some touchups where the appearance as not "perfect", then did a great job of cleaning up the area he had worked in. We are very pleased with Welter HS and the work they completed for us: on time and for the price they quoted. We are moving forward with the next two projects and are looking forward to getting them completed with the same quality and professionalism that they applied to this first project.

I explained to him that I also needed to add a few lights to the circuit. The guy never came back. I waited several weeks (bc sometimes it can take some time for lights to come in) for him to return. Then out of the blue I get an insulting phone call from Greg. Very unprofessional. I told him why I hadn't paid the outstanding balance on the work that was done-- because the job wasn't complete! I didn't want to deal with his unprofessional Behavior so I just paid the balance. Never got the extra lights I requested. Fast forward to the next round of faulty lights and irrigation issues and now Greg has WALKED AWAY from his warranty. What's worse is his filthy mouth and unprofessional behavior. So his guy doesn't finish the job even though they were paid and now he won't honor his warranty.
