Better than anything I could have hoped for. My family's 1955 home, not well maintained since Covid struck, got the delux external make over with a soft roof wash ( stains, mold and moss growing )---full gutter downspout and underground drainage system cleaning and wash out---home external power wash, and pressure wash of all concrete surfaces including the filthy garage floor. I also had a dozen huge granite boulders that had been moved during street construction that were moved back into position using a bobcat/ forklift. The three large trucks that arrived were clean, new, and specialized for this work. The crew was happy, competent, and did a great job. We are a commercial property management company and we hired Northern Power Washing to clean a large outdoor concrete patio area at an office complex. The concrete was very dirty with dark black mold on numerous sections and a few weeds growing in the concrete cracks. Northern came out a few days early to spray weed killer. When the crew of 2 arrived a few days later, they were very professional and did a superb and thorough job of cleaning the concrete. The weeds were all gone, the concrete looked like it had been "painted" white -- it was just that clean and bright. Great service. Last year I had them clean my driveway and it turned out great. This year, 2024, I called them back to power wash my patio and back sidewalks. They look like new. This company knows just what to do to get rid of that black and green junk that forms on concrete. They also got rid of some concrete dust that got onto my garage brick and door molding from cement work I had done at the end of last summer. Northern Power Washing cleaned my driveway and my overhead doors. The last time my driveway looked this good was the day it was poured---it looks fantastic! My garage doors really look like new. Totally professional team! The estimate and the final bill aligned, no surprises. They are one of the few companies that knew how to clean my roof and it looks new! The brick had stains which were 50 years old which aged my home as it is cream colored brick. The cleaning removed the stains now the brick and mortar look great. We are SO HAPPY with the mildew/mold removal service provided by NPW!!! Their soft wash method did not remove any paint like power washing does.
