Performing quality work at a reasonable price is not the only part of the job: the other part is providing great customer service, which most service companies fail miserably at. Such is NOT THE CASE with Fresh Look Painting! Owner Anthony Cancellieri is highly personable, trustworthy, and exceedingly conscientious. His quote to paint the exterior of our house was VERY reasonable, and the quality of work was excellent. Normally with service companies we expect them to be late (if they show up at all) and we have to clean up afterwards. Again, not with Anthony and his team. Anthony contacted us the night before to confirm our 8:00 start time. However, they did not show up on time - they were 2 minutes early! At the end of the day he advised us of the status, and what was to be done the next day. As for cleanup - we had nothing to do. Other than a new fantastic looking paint job, you could not tell there had been a crew here for 2 days! If I could give them 6 stars I would! read more

I've never written a review before, but just had to for Fresh Look Painting! My husband and I were EXTREMELY with the professional quality of their work! Anthony and his crew are kind, courteous and prompt. Anthony has high work standards as well as customer service standards. He stays in touch with you by calling or texting if anything changes in his schedule. He will gladly give you help and advise with choosing colors if you need it, but doesn't if you don't. We couldn't afford to paint our whole house at one time, but Anthony very willingly did what we could afford. Some time ago, we had asked for a quote to do interior painting. Anthony came to my house took my info and never emailed me the quote. In my opinion not good customer service. The impression that he left was that he did not want to do the job, which he should have just said so. We got another painter who was professional to do the job. read more
