beware! we spent alot of money in this store. one of the doors we bought kept locking me out . i called and at first got the run around. i had to push the issue then they sent a tech who did not know what he was doing. he finally fixed the door... only to have the screws sliced and not put in correctly. i sliced my hand closing the door! the door is showing detoration. they claim its from my misters however we have used them twice for parties. which has never been an issue with our other doors at our other home also have had them with no issues we get storms in maricopa and our door gets wet... they are fine with selling a 3800 door that can't get wet, locks you out and cuts you. they careless after they take your money. originally i should of had them take everything back because the intial installation they did wrong. and the big door in the back was not supposed to have a key in and key out. they messed up on my blinds color too. tried to blame me for the issue. since it had a hint of a different color i let it slide but come on after taking almost 10,000 from us do the right thing. fix the door correctly ... dont sell crap. Edit comment based on owners response : First and foremost when I initially called your sales associate attempted to rush me off the phone and then claimed they could not find the order. I had to pull up a reciept and push the issue. Then someone else got on the phone and said maybe i should call a lock smith. You guys were not extremely helpful at first untill i almost broke my ankle trying to climb out my backyard to get into my house....again the misters have been on twice for a party maybe 3 hours each time.... we had them with our other property and your doors no issues.... your door has issues.. .we have multiple doors that we purchased from you guys on this property and none have these issues just this one. Even your tech said the door unhooked at the bottom and he did not know why. When we looked at the door i saw the rust. Theres something wrong with the door! I had to climb my wall to get out of my backyard because it locked me out. Sorry a 3800 door should not be doing this. Then after he left he did not screw the screws in properly and i got a bad cut from him stripping the side of the screw and not fully screwing it in flush! For the shutters I was shown something and did sign something however what was installed was darker then what I actually picked. When they showed up to install the lady had a huge attitude and practically argued with me . She then presented me something and it was not what I had picked she claimed it was. I dont know your process but it also did not match what was installed! You guys need to do better. Just know you have lost a customer whose whole family has been coming to you for years ... guess I learned my lesson next time ill be at Lowes getting doors that actually open and close.no recommendations coming from me! read more

Absolutely cannot recommend this place- we put a down payment on a screen for our back patio in September- we were quoted 12 weeks ( which meant end of December) December comes and it bumps out to February. The screen comes in mid January and they booked us an appointment- I had people waiting at my house for the 4 hour window- no one calls or updates us. This is bad enough, the owner commits to making it right and rescheduled for yesterday. The same thing happens!!!! No calls, no one cares, they blame it on the installation company that they hired! If you don't care about getting what you pay for and don't mind wasting time waiting for installation that may or may not occur, go here. We're done with these guys! read more

After buying our home in Maricopa, we asked around where we would be able to get our blinds or even shutters for our new home. The sales guy immediately gave us Danielle's information. Once we were ready we contacted her and scheduled an appointment. She is very nice and polite, we took her recommendations and the final product is awesome, our home looks really nice and since we decided to get a nice upgrade for this home compared to the old one we had, we went for the shutters. The installation went really well and Mike went above and beyond to make it happen in one day, since there were a lot of windows, personally it didn't made sense to us to have a mix and match of blinds and shutters. There was a little mishap with a shutter (Not their fault) Mike did the report and days later Danielle contacted me to let me know the new panels were ready, Mike came back and installed them without a problem. Everyone in there is really nice and helpful. Tiffany always stayed in contact for the scheduling and also did everything possible to accommodate the hours and days to our needs. Just beware. We had an order placed after several visits to measure then the owner cancelled saying the manufacturer made a mistake. We tried to work with her but then she blamed the sales rep. We asked for a refund and expected the AMEX card for the 51% deposit to be credited. Instead, she said the fees were too high and said she would have a check ready in two days. When I picked it up, it had the wrong name. I asked for it to be rewritten correctly and delivered to us. Instead she scribbled out the incorrect name and put the correct name. Tacky. Lucky the one bank cashed it because I know mine would not have. Finally, more than a week after placing an order we finally got our deposit back. Why would a business leave so much $$$$ on the table? This was only our first order - much more to order: sun screens, patio screens and more window coverings. In hindsight, it was a blessing they cancelled the order as we have been working with a couple much more professional reps/businesses. Worse, we were threatened with legal action for telling the truth. Adobe's loss and our gain. All for ego and not willing to work with a customer in any way shape or form. They will come back and deny everything but I offered them a mirror to look into it. read more

We have used Adobe blinds and more for pretty much everything in our new home. We've been very pleased with their products and service. Yesterday one of the service men came to our home to install a blind and he did not have a mask on. My husband was concerned because we are seniors. He ask why he didn't have his mask on and he told us he "doesn't wear one anymore". We stayed clear of him at that point. I emailed the owner and she told us we need to "ask" them to wear one! So, just so you know, ask them before hand to bring a mask since that doesn't seem to be their policy. read more
