We hired Keeping Clean to deep clean our home in Shoshone, ID. We were quoted $50.00 an hour over…read morethe telephone, as we did not use the website. They sent two people to clean and charged us $100.00 an hour because there were two cleaners. We were NEVER told that they were sending two cleaners or that the cost would double. We would never have used this company, if we would have been told the truth when inquiring/scheduling. The two cleaners took an hour lunch and they charged us $100 for their lunch time too! Disgusting! This company doesn't explain their charges to new customers. We were charged $500.00 for 5 hours! Since we were quoted $50 an hour, we should have been charged $250, however, they charged us double and included charges for their hour lunch! BEWARE when looking for a housecleaning service!

We hired keeping clean to do an outclean of a home in twin falls. The outclean was so poor and the…read more$350 charge was so outrageous, the property management company was more upset then we were. The management company said a normal outclean was under $100 plus carpets which also runs about $100. The clean was so poor we had to have Keeping Clean come back again and we still had to clean some of the areas ourselves after they came twice. Stay away from this company.... We do not recommend them.....
