Beware of this company. I was told that a general cleaning was $150. I asked for how long and the…read moreowner told me that it was about 3 hours. I advised the owner that the house was not good and that I would be willing to pay more. I was told that the cleaner would arrive at 9. 9:15 no show. Texted owner and she then said they would be there at 11. 11:15 I received a text saying they were almost there. Finally, they arrive at 11:30. Two cleaners arrived. I showed them the house and asked them to put any items that would normally not belong in an area to put in a provided basket. I had appointments. Around 1:12 I get a text message that they were done with everything. I was shocked. It had not been 3 hours. They sent me a picture of 1 of the bathrooms. Very impressive. I then got home. Walked in and broke down in tears. They dusted the tv but not the stand it was sitting on. They didn't put any dishes in the kitchen that were in the living room, they left the top of a bookshelf undusted but dusted the shelves below. Same with the rest of the house. They made the sink beautiful. They didn't sweep the floor before mopping leaving hair and dirt. They only mopped the visible areas and left the far side of the dining room untouched. They left the Master Bath trash out in the living room and left the bedroom light on. Master bath was halfway cleaned. I then sent the owner several videos of what I found. I emailed the owner and she proceeded to tell me that since there were two cleaners then the time spent is cut in half. I was never told this. I was led to believe that I was paying for 3 hours. Then she continued to say that she knew I was on a budget so they wanted to make sure they could give me a jumpstart and then let them know if I wanted them to spruce it up. I reminded her that I had offered to pay more, and that I should have received the full 3 hours even if it was two cleaners. I was surprised that there were two cleaners, I thought that the house would look so much different. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I asked the owner if the way things were cleaned were acceptable to her. She has yet to respond. I did receive a canned message asking me to give them a review. I only hired someone to help me because I am unable to complete the tasks. Very disappointed.
