Being 65 I, (unfortunately), have moved over 25 times and have used many types of movers. However, I haven't had the experience that I had with David and Leon from Sawtooth. Professional, friendly, on-time, helpful, careful, accommodating and so much more, the two of them worked non-stop helping me, (at short notice) move. Hired for one day, 1st of Oct. 2022 it was discovered that I had underestimated my requirements and would need another day. Even though they had another job the next day, their primary objective was complete customer satisfaction and eased my mind by extending my job into the next day and it was a Sunday! These guys are an AWESOME company to work with!!! They were at the apartment on time and did everything we had discussed over the phone and more!! The owner Dave and his bud Trevor went above and beyond everything that was requested they handled without so much as a blink of an eye. I had called them because the first moving company I called ' Two worthless and a truck' milked the clock and walk off the job less than 1/4 done. When I explained that to Dave, he came through in flying colors and extremely fast! these guys were great! very flexible - I initially told them we would be there around noon but we had car trouble & we ended up getting there at 3:30PM. They checked in with us through out the day & were actually at the house 9min before we got there. Very reasonable charge. and they had all the equipment they needed. they were able to move things without scratching up the doors or damaging anything. overall would work with them again 100%. These guys far exceeded my expectations. They were more than willing to do the small extras I needed done and were incredibly careful with my fragile items. Really great moving company! The owner came out on a Sunday and gave us a free estimate, then promptly showed up the day of the move. They moved 2 trucks of stuff for us, with lots of heavy items, into our new place with a down stairs. They were very careful with all the items and moved quick.
