Mark's team takes the time to properly prep the areas before painting, which is so important! We had quite a few carpentry repairs needed - siding that needed to be replaced, along with a few dry-rotted boards. John works with a talented carpenter and after the repairs (and lots of gaps that were caulked/sealed), the house is so much tighter and weatherproof. And it looks absolutely fantastic!
