Surprised to see so many good reviews. I guess I am the only one who hasn't had a great experience with Walker. I was looking for a move out cleaning service for an apartment after tenant moved out. Received 3 quotes: Walker's was right in the middle. Because of his great reviews, I decided to go ahead with him. He was responsive and even rescheduled appointment for me when it was needed. Good things stop there. He had to come back on 3(!) three separate days to do the job. Each and every time he was 2-3 hours late. No apologies each time just a bunch of excuses how he had a stressful week etc. So unprofessional. On the last day showed up without a mop and a bucket so he used the bathtub as a bucket to mop the floors AND LEFT IT LIKE THAT AFTER HE WAS DONE! I mean who does that? Upon completion I found curtains ripped from windows and laying on the floor, stains on windows, still grease on stove and on the wall behind it (even though I pointed that out to him and he said he will clean it again), sticky floors, trash in kitchen pantry, and a bathtub filled with dirty water. How is this an acceptable service that you are supposed to pay for? I didn't think it would be fair to pay full price for that. Terrible job, unprofessional, unreliable. Thorough cleaning at a reasonable price! Walker did a detailed cleaning, even in areas I forgot to ask him to focus on like the bathtub. I only found one local cleaner who was cheaper than Fresh Start, but they were impossible to book and Fresh Start gave me the exact appointment I wanted. Not the quickest at responding via text, but this seems to be a one-man operation so that's understandable. I would definitely hire him again! read more

Walker did an amazing job doing a move out clean for me. The house was cleaned out, but very dirty. He took his time, was very detailed, scrubbed things off that I didn't think would come off, and did more than I expected (doors, walls, etc). They came and left within 2 hours. Nothing looked clean after they were finished. They left all of their supplies and they basically took our money and ran. Our fault for leaving them money while we got dinner. I do not recommend at all and now I am out $300. read more

He did a great job and worked really hard cleaning my whole house last minute (which was no small feat as I have a rather large house). He did a standard cleaning (as in I didn't have him deep clean) and did a great job and did extra from what I was expecting. Before I did hired Walker, I did looked at the reviews. All the reviews are correct. He's young, energetic, friendly,polite and worth the money for the job he did. He gets the job done very nicely but I'd noticed something that he's missed the spot and I'd asked him nicely and he did it right away. He did made his client happy and always asked if he's miss something, just let him know. We did had a nice conversation. The only one bad thing is he came 2 hrs late. But you know what, since he's extremely nice and give 100%+ for his job, I won't mind that and I do still give him 5 stars for his attitude,great customer service, great work, do what you ask, complete his job without any complaint and great personality.
