Update - the quote was 1100 for mulch only when I had asked for updates to remove items as the creeping juniper did not meet what I had asked for - pricing doubled. This is less then 2.5 yards of mulch. When I asked for clarification owner did not reply and only offered a time to connect when I was not available. No taxes ever got discussed (screenshot of text attached - cash payment can be different with credit card charges - it is not illegal to ask this). They did not fulfill their obligations and our gutters still overflowed. We had to do the job ourselves. We were misinformed. We were misled. And then they lied to us. To date, they have not made a good faith effort to rectify the issue. Ironic, since their website promises to "provide the best customer service from beginning to end." Consider a more professional company that will do a complete job ... for a lot less money too. As further evidence, this is how All Season Gutters describes itself on its website: "A+ Ratings at the BBB." Actually, if you check the Better Business Bureau website, you'll find that All Season Gutters is not affiliated with the BBB, and has a rating of C+, not A+ as the company claims. This is what is said about such a low rating: "C+ through C- means that there are significant issues with the company's practices and you should proceed with caution if you choose to do business with them." The next morning they were here by eight and looked at all over and started. they were very meticulous and the work that they one and it turned out perfect. They communicated back-and-forth with me so I knew how their progress was going. After they were all done and got all their equipment out they cleaned up better than expected. The crew was professional and knowledgeable and did excellent work for a very fair price. I was very happy with both the quality of work and the time frame in which they were able to complete the work. The crew got everything done while I was at work myself and was extremely mindful and respectful of my home, treating it as if it was theirs, and cleaned everything beautifully when the job was completed. They replaced two ceilings and now I wish they had done all of my ceilings to begin with! I would recommend Sam's painting and drywall to anyone who wants good work done!
