Awesome fresh food market in Rochester. Think of it as a small Whole Foods. They had an array of items from deli to freezer. I have an extremely limited diet due to a medical condition, and I was able to find items here that I could trust to sustain me while traveling to Mayo. Prices are on the higher end, but that is to be expected. Fewer ingredients, higher prices. You get a smaller, local feeling to this place compared to Whole Foods. I would recommend stopping in if in the area, especially if you too require a particular diet or simply healthier options overall. read more

We do groceries on a weekly basis (sometimes more than 2x too). Fresh Thyme is frequently tossed into our grocery lineup for their produce, veggies, and great sales! It can be on the pricier side but a good sale can make it worth a visit. This is conveniently located in the heart of Rochester and has ample parking. If you download the app and create a profile, there are usually a lot of good deals (e.g., salmon) to choose from. They also sell a lot of local items too like Pasquale's Neighborhood Pizzeria sauce and paste which is also a plus for supporting local. Fresh Thyme is great! Quality varies occasionally but we usually have good experiences with it. read more

First time coming here. What a beautiful store, I love how people basically live here and could walk a few steps and get their groceries. The store is still the same size like your typical Fresh Thyme stores. Staff is friendly, great prices very clean store and great variety of everything. read more

This used to be my go-to grocery as it had the best produce. Prices are a bit higher than the big chains, but usually for better quality and better service, so worth it. But now they've pulled out almost all of the checkout lanes and replaced then with self-checks. The cashier lanes are often not even open. The self-check also sucks: they've crammed them in with basically no room to stage before or after scanning. Of you're buying like two things, you're golden, but for a proper grocery run, sucks to be you. And I doubt it's faster since cashiers surely scan faster with fewer problems that need to wait for a manager then the general public. So they've basically taken a bunch of jobs from cashiers and baggers, made us do it, and not even given a price break. It's not worth the higher prices anymore. Plus, the produce has gotten less reliable -- I fell like I see a lot more nasty, rotting stuff out now than a few years ago. Bye! read more

I am so happy I decided to stop in here. If I still lived in the area this would be my number one grocery store. I love the size and the layout. The meat and veggies are always of good quality. They even have a little liquor mart attached it is an alternative to trader joes and doesn't have the shoppers with attitude like they sometimes do. More calm crunchy granola types. read more

Well, the good news is that their seafood is really good and they do have good sale prices. The bad news is there really aren't clerks to check you out so you have to look up all kinds of produce codes. read more

I love this place. The people are super nice. The only issue I had was the water..I picked out one of those water with basil and strawberry..not knowing it was unpasteurized or raw water....very sick. . I returned the lemonade and also I forgot the 10 off my bill from before... no questions asked but they didn't make me feel bad for returning the water...(clearly labeled btw)... so 5 stars for me....OH. TRY THE MEATLOAF NEAR THE MEAT AREA ON ONE OF THE SHELVES...the best meatloaf ever!!! read more

This grocery store is my all time favorite in Rochester. I feel like I save so much money shipping here getting the same things I would elsewhere. Their produce is always so fresh and they have a great variety of foods for vegetarian and vegans frozen and non. They have a juice bar which were lacking in Rochester. The wellness section is vast as well. Again, well priced, great quality. I love everything about this place :) read more

Honestly great place, prices, have left hyvee and other places for there SEAFOOD and fruits and vegetables selection and quality.. unfortunately the last few months I've gotten in there at 645 and they have already put seafood away and looks like they are in a hurry to get out.. super disappointed tonight when came in and lost business because of this .. think they should be still in glass til 730pm for us late working people.. hope this doesn't continue or you will fully lose my business read more

This place is my favorite, love the variety of goods, I normally can not find in other stores. The sushi was fresh and tasty, can't find it this good any place else. I do not live in Rochester, but we have been here 3 times this month and will certainly be back. Please support this place, so it does not go out of business, like so many others around here. One of my favorite spots for grocery now with their fresh veggies and fruits. Their mochis are really good too. I have tried all flavors and they are all good. The one I like the most is mango. They also have $5 sushi Thursdays and many other deals. Location is very close to Saint Mary Hospital, which is a plus for a quick stop after work. read more

Great weekly specials. Produce is high quality. Staff is exceptionally outgoing, helpful, and kind. Very similar to Sprouts grocery store.
