Since the kennel is next to their house, someone is always available to take care of the pets. Plus, it's a pretty small place, which means each pet gets special attention. The prices are VERY reasonable as well. MUCH better experience then other kennels in the area (even the ones we like!). When we picked up the dogs, we forgot to grab their blanket, and Bill washed it and brought it to our house the next day! Now THAT is amazing service. We will definitely be back.

You call for appointment and get set up…read more 1st time visit they inform you when you arrive that they need a copy of your pet shot records in which they never informed you of. 2nd this is a cash or physical check business in which it is not posted or disclosed. So during picking up my pet the very rude and arrogant employee treated me as a problem for pointing out that she never informed me about the records or cash policy. This business is definitely not male or military friendly. During settling my payment they didn't even want to provide a receipt. The receipt was had written and the employee had tons of distain doing that simple task I being a 28 year military veteran highly recommended you avoid this business with all their demands, no electronic records, and willingness to be combative verbally and nonverbal body language. If I could I would post a sign warning all future customers to avoid Dogma Grooming.

But they treated her with so much care and patience, and it really showed. You can tell they truly understand dogs -- not just how to groom them, but how to help them feel safe and comfortable. Holly came back looking beautiful and totally relaxed, which is saying something for a dog who usually has strong opinions and gets anxious in new situations.
