I couldn't be happier with Jimmy, Lara, Miguel and Sergio! I called fresh coat on Tuesday morning (2 days ago) in a panic because a different painting company that I had scheduled with no showed on me without warning. My house is being listed for sale tomorrow and my office desperately needed new paint, but I was too strapped for time to do it myself. Lara returned my call within a few minutes and was luckily in a nearby neighborhood giving someone else an estimate. She was so sympathetic about my situation and came over within the hour! Getting the quote was quick and easy, and I decided to have them paint my bathroom too while they were out. The part that worried me was my timeline-I was 96 hours away from putting my house on the market. Could they get it done on time? Lara called Jimmy who took a look at their schedule and got my project booked first thing today (Thursday morning). Lara and I verbally agreed to everything and later that day she sent me the official quote, which continued to impress me. It includes a nice cover letter, some info about the company and, most importantly, their proof of insurance. I accepted and we were all set! This morning as I was emptying out the bathroom for them to paint I peeked out the window roughly 5-10 minutes before the time they were set to arrive and they were already here waiting in their truck! After my let-down on Tuesday that was a dang good feeling. Precisely at 8:00, Jimmy, Miguel and Sergio rang the bell and continued to impress me with their professionalism. We did a walk through of both rooms and they made sure they knew exactly what I wanted done, down to which nails to leave up because I needed to rehang a mirror! Miguel and Sergio completed the actual job and they did wonderful work. It looks great, they cleaned up after themselves (honestly it's cleaner now than it was when they arrived) and they were friendly and polite to me the whole time they were here. When they finished Miguel asked me to take a look and make sure everything was right, which of course it was, and then about 30 minutes after they left Jimmy called to make sure I was 100% satisfied as well. I just can't thank the crew at Fresh Coat enough for not only saving the day and getting my house show ready, but for being so kind and professional as well. I was shocked at what an easy experience this was from start to finish. If we move back to the area I will definitely be using them again!! read more

Overall great paint job. Price was frankly too high but they were able to do the work in the timeframe I required (prior to taking listing photos). The painters broke an outlet cover and left paint on the carpet. I informed their supervisor when he called me after work was complete, and he assured me that he would come by to take care of the issues prior to our appointment with the photographer. I did not hear from him. Overall good work, but price and customer service leave something to be desired. read more

Jimmy, Lara & the team haven't finished our project yet... but I can't wait to see it once it's complete! So far I cannot say enough positive things about this company. From the moment my husband contacted them they have been very proactive - always responsive - very professional - and at the same time have a very friendly "southern" feel. Never once have we felt that we are paying more than the job has been worth - they do a quality job and are worth it. The very morning our project started Jimmy noticed I had a flat tire - without hesitation he offered to change it for me - he didn't have to... and wasn't even asked to... he's just a great guy with a kind heart & that's exactly how he runs his business.
