I advise that prospective customers request a detailed contract before allowing work to begin. I trusted owner so I let him to do work and I paid him before job was completed . Big mistake on my part as he did not complete job and I had to file a complaint with Better Business. Owner could have solved issue easily but chose not to do so. I don't even want to give one star to this business. It is now April, !9th, at 930 at night. The day that Binghamton, NY had its snowstorm When I paid him 399 dollars for this,2022 season, he wrote on the paper that he would be there at 630 Am to take care of my driveway. The first time he didn't do it. When I asked for an explanation he said well I assumed you are a teacher and were not going g to work today and there is a lot of snow. Does he make this assumption about everyone who needs a driveways cleared? I guess. I never told him what I did and I an not a teacher but am an essential health Care provider. this was the first time.. Each time with the exception of one, if even that he never showed up until the end of the day and today not at all. I called and spoke with a woman at his number, she apologised and said " I will call him righty away and have him call you back.. She apologised for him. He never returned any of my multiple voice messages and never called me back after the woman said he would. I certainly want a refund but I doubt this will happen., DO NOT HIRE HIM! read more

We called them to clean out our rain gutters and downspouts. They did not use a hose or pressure washer. They just climbed up the ladder and scuped out the leaves into a bucket. We had some gutter nails sticking out about a half inch that needed to be tapped in, maybe 2 or 3 nails. He said we don't do that. He eventually did with some coaxing from my wife and I. After he left, I got on my ladder and looked in the gutters in the back as my ladder reached the back gutters. I had to clean them again myself as they missed quite a bit just scouping the leaves out by hand. I can not reach the front gutters since that is the second floor. Who knows what is in the front 2nd story gutters. Talking to other gutter cleaning services, they all said they use a pressure washer or at least a high pressure nozel on a hose to clean them out. I can not recommend this company for gutter cleaning and will try someone else next time. read more
