Dr P left large gashes in his surgical cuts where i could fit my finger in them. I wish I could post the pictures but this post would probably get taken down. I was told to wait a year for results to get better. I did and it did not look better! Just lots of gaping scars. They said they would fix the problems then when i finally saw the doctor said he refused to fix anything and that he never promised anything. They probably hoped that after a year I would just give up. You do NOT get what you pay for in this place but if you have money to burn go for it! I think the Dr may have been good at what he does at one time but he probably needs to retire at this point. I wish I had a good experience here but I did not. Good luck! Update to respond to Athenix's response: I have had other comsmetic procedures done before by other doctors and have never had any issues nor any horrendous scars as a result. Yes, everyone heals differently, however, Dr P's surgical cuts were by far the widest cuts I've experienced for same procedure I've had done in the past by other doctors. There is also no excuse for his poor bedside manner. Promising me any post-op issues would be addressed then gaslighting me and saying he never told me that (which was a major factor for me going forward with the procedure) is just unethical and unacceptable. He's not an honest Dr and not someone I would ever recommend!

All three have been incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Kiss me recently moved locations and as expected, the new office is gorgeous. The front desk staff is incredibly helpful. Most recently I called looking for a weekend appointment in the morning for myself and a friend. They were able to get me scheduled for the following day (they're typically open one Saturday a month). Linzy was able to get my friend and I in and out quickly without making us feel rushed. I'd also highly recommend following them on instagram and signing up for emails to get notified about their monthly specials. Overall, kiss me has always made me feel very comfortable in what I would consider an intimidating space. Definitely worth booking with them!

She told me with time it would barely be noticed. She was right! It was a half a day. Surgery at the hospital. Very easy. I was in and out of there and Dr. Riola made it much better! She also did my breast augmentation. After over ten years they needed to be redone. They were saline before and she recommended silicone. She said they were much better for looks and she was right. The size she gave me was perfect too. The surgery was easy too. In and out. Didn't have much pain at all. It healed fast. Silicone is much better. I also earned a free Botox for getting the breast augmentation and she said it would help. It was simple and easy. The results turned out good. Up next, I had my ear piercing torn and it cut all the way through to where I couldn't wear earrings. I came up with a magical way to make it work. I used nail glue and glued them together. After a while you really get tired of nail gluing your ears to get to wear earrings. I went to Dr. Riola and she said she could easily fix them. I didn't even have to go under. She just numbed my ears and fixed them. Then they had to heal. I went in 5 months later and she pierced them. They are fixed now and I couldn't be more thankful or happier that I no longer have to nail glue my ears together. She's an incredible surgeon and really easy to work with and extremely nice. Easy to talk to too. She's confident in the work she does and earned every single star. Her staff is really nice and easy to talk to as well! She has a very nice office. It's a very nice and calm atmosphere. She has tons of great art work on the walls. Even in the bathroom. You aromatically feel welcomed from the comfort of her office and welcoming workers. Highly recommended!
