Believe it or not I found James (owner) on the Facebook marketplace. I was hesitant at first but I found our favorite handyman there too so I figured what the heck. He gave me a price I couldn't refuse! He texted me back right away, Was very polite, and explained everything that price he quoted me Included. He even took the old windows. He picked up the windows at the store for me, arrived at the time he said, and finished the job in the 2-3 hour window he gave me! I love our new windows and my room isn't an icebox anymore! I had him measure the other 21 windows I need to replace And I plan to do them with him as well! You can tell he has been doing this for 15 years! I would highly recommend James! My experience began with the lovely woman that answered the phone. You know how a pleasant voice and a helpful attitude goes a long way toward giving a positive first impression? That's what my first contact was like. Treavor was scheduled to come check my house and he showed up right on time. The really great news? NO termites! I also scheduled regular pest control spraying and Steven came right on time, sprayed inside and out for my first treatment and was also efficient and pleasant. Finally, I had asked Treavor about replacing the vapor barrier under the house, and Josh arrived on time, did a thorough job and was so pleasant to deal with. So what was my impression? Update to my original review:…read more Paul came back to do a much larger job for us. Paul re-plumbed 3 bathrooms, and our kitchen. Paul installed an instant hot water dispenser in our kitchen, installed all new faucets throughout our entire home, installed all new shower/tub faucets and drains for 3 bathrooms, removed and replaced 6 ceiling fans, removed 2 old satellite dishes from previous owner, fixed one cabinet, installed our new gas cooktop, and installed a new backsplash in our kitchen.
