So. . . I was terrified that I might have termites, so I asked friends for a recommendation for a person control service. Coppermines turned out to be a terrific recommendation! My experience began with the lovely woman that answered the phone. You know how a pleasant voice and a helpful attitude goes a long way toward giving a positive first impression? That's what my first contact was like. Treavor was scheduled to come check my house and he showed up right on time. The really great news? NO termites! I also scheduled regular pest control spraying and Steven came right on time, sprayed inside and out for my first treatment and was also efficient and pleasant. Finally, I had asked Treavor about replacing the vapor barrier under the house, and Josh arrived on time, did a thorough job and was so pleasant to deal with. So what was my impression? I cannot say enough good things about Coppermines Pest Control. They were amazing when we found out that our previous renters had left us a present of a HORRIFYING flea infestation. We tried bug bombs from Wal-Mart to rid ourselves of the pests, but soon realized that truly nothing was going to work without a professional on the job. When I called Coppermine's they had THE BEST price for the job. I know they had the most reasonable price because after calling around I spoke to four different companies and they were by far the best. They handled all of my questions and my fears and our service was second to none. They even came out again to respray after our floors were put in to insure that we weren't going to have a second infestation. If you have any type of pest problem, they should be your first call. I have been using Coppermines for almost a year, after switching from another company who couldn't treat my mouse problem. Trevor came out and sealed up the place where they had chewed their way in. When the mice reappeared after we hadn't been in the home for a while, Trevor came back out and found all of the places the mice were getting into our home.
