I was overwhelmed ... looked like a BRAND NEW CAR!!! They not only ordered and put a new side door with a new mirror they touched up all the scratches on every part of the car and no more dents throughout the car and did not overcharge the price they quoted. Model 3, Tesla - the rear door needed body work from a hit-and-run, therefore an insurance claim…read more Ryan also wanted to charge me $1700 to fix a scratch on the side of the rear bumper which I declined. The door was painted ok, but the glass was misalinged, and it took three visits to fix this properly. They "detailed" the interior of the car (I did not ask them to do this) and in the process damaged the piano black trim in the centre console by using an abrasive compound. They also smeared some compound over the centre screen introducing fine scatches, broke the end of the USB cable that was plugged in the back, and damaged the open-pore wood trim by covering it in oil. The total cost to repalce the damaged piano black trim alone was approx $900 dollars. The business neither ackknowledged, nor provided any apology for the damage to my car's interior. Imagine taking in your high-end Mercedes or Porsche to this buisness and getting it back damaged. All I can say is that the work is sloppy, and unprofessional.
