We love this place…read more Situated off the beaten track in a village outside of hull this garage is maybe a bit firther out but its worth the journey for the service. We have only dealt with Bill for MOT of our motorbike but have done so for a number of years. The garage is situated behind some houses via a long driveway so is a little out of the way but is well sign posted and parking is plentiful. As is the law when taking a bike that is out of MOT to the garage you must have a appointment booked and whenever i have rang for a apointment i have never had to wait more than 24 hours. When you arrive the garage looks like a big shed with double doors at the front and another set at the side. The MOT bay for motorbikes is just inside to the left, MOTs are all computerised these days so take about 20 -30 minutes. The lads in this garage are very good and do all the normal test including the rolling wheels brakes test. On the last occasion i had my bike tested it failed, they told me the problem and i went home and sorted it, i madaged to get it sorted sooner than i thought and rang early on the saturday morning to try and get it in that day, no problem the bike was back there and legal before 12 that day. I would use them again even for my cars as the staff are really friendly.

The Customer Service was incredible. The gentleman was Super friendly. Arrived promptly at the time I chose. All 4 new winter tyres removed & replaced within the hour! I had a Citroen before this and the disc breaks used to stick so this was covered under the warrenty, but with Renault you have to pay. 5 stars for Riverside and 3 stars for the Renault Warrenty

The shop is well-stocked (a little too well-stocked as it can be a bit difficult to navigate sometimes!) and the staff are knowlegeable and friendly. Dave will not doing anywork without consulting you first and will only carry out & charge you for the necessary work, something which I nearly paid for at another dealer. If you need anything doing to your car, use east Coast Autos, they are first class.

When I spoke to the owner of the garage he very honest with me and said that my car wasn't worth the amount I would need to spend on it and I would be better buying a new car for the money. That is very honest of a garage to say that, you don't get that kind of service from garages usually10/10!
