She got out of her car and went out of her way to open the store back up just so we could try the iconic local desert before we left Rothenburg. She also when tour of her way to tell us about all the different flavors and which ones were allergen free. The pastry was delicious and she makes a large variety of flavors. Would highly recommend giving them a try. On top of this the store is in a great location right near the main square and close to some of the best views in Rothenburg.
