We had their PSWs come to her home every day for 12 hours per day. The ladies were great in taking care of my mom's needs and making her feel comfortable. She wasn't always easy for them, I'm sure, but they were very professional and took it all in stride. They were very prompt, never late, and stayed until everything was done. They took care of the cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene where needed, etc. I would highly recommend their service to anyone looking for trusting and very friendly care givers.
