I like to think of myself as a Holistic individual and to me Chiropractic is a discipline that encompasses just that. My Journey started after being hit by a transport truck travelling at a high speed on the 400 in the Spring of 2003. I was left with many injuries and had much work to do on both physical and emotional levels. It has been a long road back and I am happy to say that venturing in here (to Grace Chiropractic) when I saw an ad online over a year ago, was one of my better decisions. I had a disagreement with them over custom orthotics. When I emailed them to let them know I was…read moreunhappy because they did not fit in any of my shoes and ask for their help, the response was "as with any custom product it is final sale and alterations after the fact are not possible". At no point did I say I wanted a refund. I was not properly seen by any professional before these orthotics were made, something I plan to let my insurance company know. I also had to wait approx two months, which they claim was "out of their control". I was offered a $50 refund, but I had to let them know by the end of that day, and I didn't see the email in time because I was working. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (which they are not a member of) and I have an appointment with a podiatrist now to have them evaluated and adjusted if possible. While I have heard very good things about their other services, I would caution anyone about getting their orthotics from here.
